17th March 2020 – We have a number of Support Staff working from home today to test our continuity plans. Telephone calls to the office will still be answered but there may be some delays, so please bear with us. In response to the current Coronavirus situation in the UK we would like to reassure all our customers that we have already taken a number of precautions to ensure continuity of business and support to you.
We are currently operating on a “Business as Usual” basis, but will be monitoring the situation and implementing contingency plans as they may be required. This could affect the Help Desk telephone service and planned site visits
We are following UK Government and World Health Organisation advice in regards to hygiene standards and infection control in the workplace
We are reviewing all planned site visits on an individual basis and will reschedule these if necessary to safeguard our customers and employees
If there is a restriction on travel in certain areas, staff will be able to work remotely from home in order to provide a Support Service. In the event of a full workplace closure there may be some disruption to the Help Desk telephone service. However, all customers will still be able to access support services via the online Help Desk and Email.
