Our main aim with this update is to upgrade and enhance our interface, while retaining all the functionality and flexibility of FirstSteps.
Further great news is that for all our FirstSteps Hosted Customers, there will be no additional cost or upgrade fee. All you need to do is upgrade your system and off you go!
Introducing our new restyled Dashboard, which can be customised however you like using our new interactive tiles. Each dashboard is specific to each user account, so your dashboard might look different to your co-workers dashboards, if you wish. Simply adjust your layout and tiles to suit your own requirements.
We’ve even introduced new Custom tiles, so you really can customise things however you like.

We’ve also given the reports section a small upgrade.
Reports can now be filtered through date, and if you have access to multiple sites on Manager, each report can be filtered to a specific setting using the drop down box found in the top right corner of the page.
Each report can now also be used to create a custom graph based on the information that has been generated. We have included options that allow you to set the focus of the graph to a particular piece of information, as well as adjust the format of the graph between Bar, Column or Pie.
Reports can, of course, also be printed and exported into a .csv file to be used with Microsoft Excel, or Numbers on an iMac.
We’ve also introduced the “Search Menus” function at the bottom of the main menu toolbar in Manger, so you can search the system for a specific report or setting easily.
